Roselyn Musera – Head, Business and Product Development

Since joining GenAfrica Asset Managers in June 2015, Roselyn Musera has brought a wealth of expertise and strategic insight to her role as Head of Business and Product Development. Her leadership has been instrumental in driving growth and fostering strong client relationships across the organization.

Roselyn’s professional journey includes a distinguished tenure at Co-operative Bank of Kenya, where she served as the Head of Business Development for Custodial Services. In this role, she effectively managed business growth and client engagement strategies. Previously, as a Relationship Manager in the Government and Public Sector at the bank, she successfully handled a diverse portfolio that encompassed corporate and institutional clients, parastatals, government ministries, the Treasury, and international donor and developmental agencies.

Academically, Roselyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a specialization in Public Relations and Marketing from Daystar University. She further honed her expertise with a Master’s degree in Diplomacy from the University of Nairobi.

A recognized professional, Roselyn is a Full Member of the Institute of Certified Financial Analysts (ICIFA) and the International Relations Society of Kenya (IRSK). Her extensive experience, combined with her academic credentials, underscores her proficiency in business development, relationship management, and strategic leadership.
